Noerr Biedecki sp.k., the Polish office of the Noerr LLP, an international law firm, has just joined the team of Mennica Legacy Tower tenants
Noerr Biedecki sp.k., the Polish office of the Noerr LLP, an international law firm, has just joined the team of Mennica Legacy Tower tenants having leased 1.000 sqm. of office space on the 16th floor of the Tower. It has already been the second renowned law firm, following Allen & Overy, to choose office space in a building developed in Warsaw by Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska S.A. at the junction of Prosta and Żelazna streets. During the negotiations process, the tenant was represented by Cresa, and Golub GetHouse was advised by Colliers International and Greenberg Traurig LLP.
Founded in 1950 in Germany, with its main office in Munich, Noerr is one of the leading European law firms. It operates worldwide via a network of representative offices in eleven countries (Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, Belgium, Spain, Great Britain, the United States). On the Polish market, the firm has been present since 1992, providing legal services to local and international clients including Daimler, Deutsche Telekom and others. In January 2017, the Polish office of Noerr merged with the law firm: DJBW Daniłowicz Jurcewicz Biedecki i Wspólnicy and operates now as Noerr Biedecki sp.k. The offices of the firm are currently situated in the Concept Tower on Grzybowska street in Warsaw.

The offices of Noerr Biedecki sp.k. will be located on the 16th floor of the Mennica Legacy Tower and the lease contract was signed for a term of several years.

The 140-metre-high tower with the neighbouring 43-metre-high Western Building will offer a total of 65,630 m2 of modern office space. The project was designed by the renowned Chicago-based architecture firm Goettsch Partners, which decided to work with the well-established design consultants Epstein. Other tenants of the Mennica Legacy Tower office space apart from Noerr Biedecki sp.k., are Allen & Overy law firm (17th and 18th floors of the Tower) and WeWork, the world leader in co-working space solutions, which became the exclusive tenant of the West Building.
The Mennica Legacy Tower will combine unique architecture, the latest technologies, functionality and top-quality finishings. Both buildings will feature advanced technological systems increasing the continuity and reliability of the buildings’ systems as well as improving the security of tenants. The Mennica Legacy Tower will feature also the latest mobile technologies enabling tenants to communicate with the building, using a smartphone and a mobile app. The entire project will be completed in line with the demanding requirements of the BREAAM international environmental certificate with an “Outstanding” rating. The entire complex will be open in autumn 2019.
