HINES SIGNS NEW TENANT AT NORD POINT
Hines, the international real estate company, is pleased to announce the signing of a new lease agreement at Nord Point, an office building in the Distribution Park Żerań (DP Żerań) complex located at ul. Annopol 17 in Warsaw. Essilor Polonia, a company operating in the optical market, has become a new tenant of the facility.
Essilor Group is a world leader in designing, manufacturing and personalizing the highest quality vision correction and protection solutions. At Nord Point, the company leased 1,283 square meters of space, which is the entire second floor of the building. The agreement was signed for a period of seven years. During the negotiation process, the tenant was represented by the agency Nuvalu Polska.
Nord Point offers 5,678.30 square meters of office space. Together with five warehouse parks, the facility forms the DP Żerań logistics centre with a total area of approx. 44,500 square meters. Nord Point features an overground car park (with 54 parking spaces), underground car park (97 spaces), a canteen and a newsagents. The investment is located less than 10 km from the centre of Warsaw, in close proximity to the Toruń Route and in the immediate vicinity of public transport stops, including the tram terminal.

DP Żerań is the first facility of this type in the portfolio of Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) and is an attractive addition due to the combination of warehouse and office functions. On behalf of HPSIF, assets and real estate are managed by Hines Polska.
