Golub GetHouse has finalized the purchase of investment land located at Postępu 3 in the Warsaw Służewiec. The property consists of two plots of land with a total area of 11,533 sqm., where a residential building will be erected to offer apartments for long-term rent.
Another commercial residential project by Golub GetHouse in Warsaw will be delivered in the heart of the Mokotów office zone, where 900,000 sqm. of office space is currently available. The preliminary investment concept provides for the completion of multi-storey residential buildings featuring approximately 360 apartments for long-term rent. The high-class buildings will also provide an underground car park and several amenities for the residents such as: common spaces for spending free time, meeting and entertainment rooms, working space, terrace with barbecue area, cinema room, gym and a number of additional functionalities found in that class buildings in the USA. There will also be a round-the-clock reception desk in the building spacious lobby.

An architectural firm responsible for the investment's design concept will be selected during an contest that will take place in the near future.
The purchase of the plot at Postępu 3 is the third deal completed by Golub GetHouse in 2018. In January 2018, the company acquired attractive land in the very heart of the Warsaw Wola, at the intersection of Żelazna and Grzybowska streets. The plot of land with an area of 5,371 sqm. will feature a 140-metre-tall high-rise building, Liberty Tower, offering apartments for rent and a hotel. Subsequently, in February, Golub GetHouse purchased another property located at Jagiellońska 82 in the Warsaw district of Praga-Północ. At the first stage, a modern student house will be built with approx. 430 beds and several amenities for students.
Golub GetHouse was advised by the law firm BCLA Bisiorek, Cieśliński, Adamczewska i Wspólnicy Sp.k. at the purchase deal.
