Hines, the international real estate firm, has signed further agreements on the expansion of space with tenants of New City, an office building located at 15 Marynarska Street in Warsaw.
(WARSAW, POLAND) – Hines, the international real estate firm, has signed further agreements on the expansion of space with tenants of New City, an office building located at 15 Marynarska Street in Warsaw.
The first tenant, who has expanded cooperation is the Polish branch of Cheil Germany GMBH, a creative technology agency and digital production centre which is part of Cheil Worldwide Inc., one of the world’s leading integrated marketing communication companies. The company has been present in New City since 2012. Thanks to the expansion on an additional 606 square meters, Cheil Germany will occupy more than 2,200 square meters of the area within the complex.
Another global brand, HAVI Logistics, has also decided to expand its space in New City on another almost 250 square meters. The company is a global provider of comprehensive logistics services in more than 100 countries. For several years now, the New City building has housed the IT Shared Services Centre, which, thanks to the extension of the leased space, will be present on 641.50 square meters of the office building.
